How an Amazon 360 agency works, step by step
From the first call to the first report, the same with every client: a written scope, minimum access and one point of contact. This is how it works from the inside.
The process
Five steps, always the same.
- 1
A 30-minute call
What you sell, where, what hurts and what you expect. No commitment: it tells us whether we are a fit and, if not, we say so.
- 2
A proposal within 48 hours
Which modules, how many ASINs and countries, what level of support, what is included and what is not, and the type of fee. The scope, fixed and in writing.
- 3
Framework contract and annexes
One contract and one annex per service, with confidentiality and the handling of your data. Anything not in an annex is quoted separately.
- 4
Onboarding
Least-privilege access and separate accounts, an initial diagnosis, priorities, a communication channel and a reporting calendar.
- 5
Operation and review
Each month’s work with its report, and a review of the scope every quarter: what is not needed is removed and what is missing is quoted.
The first 30 days
What happens once you sign.
Week 1
Access, a read of the account and of the open notifications, and a reconciliation of what is already there: catalogue, advertising, stock, settlements and taxes.
Week 2
A written diagnosis and priorities: what gets fixed first, what waits and what is not worth it. We go through it with you on a call.
Weeks 3 and 4
The first corrections under way: listings, campaigns, cases with Seller Support or the case file, depending on the offer. You see every change before it goes out.
Day 30
The first monthly report: what was done, what happened and what comes next. And the scope adjusted if the first month taught something the proposal did not know.
What you can take for granted
And what we do not do.
The call is the first step, and you ask for it through the form.
- Nothing without a written scope: every service has its annex, and anything not in it is quoted before it is done.
- Least-privilege access and separate accounts. Your account is yours; we come in to work, not to stay.
- We do not promise outcomes that depend on Amazon: no reinstatements, no approvals, no response times. We describe the work.
- We do not take on clients that compete directly with a brand we run: same product, same niche.
- Advertising, manufacturing, transport, fees and external professionals are always identified as included, not included or passed on at cost.
From the product to the bottom line.
Tell us about your account and what you want to solve. We will come back to you with a proposal and a fixed scope.
