Amazon account management and Seller Central

We run your Seller Central every month: catalogue, advertising, stock, account issues and reporting.

01

Who it is for

  • Brands that already sell and need a team to run the account every day.
  • Companies with a product but no in-house Amazon team.

02

What it includes

It combines these modules from the catalogue:

Module 7

Day-to-day Seller Central management

The basis of a full monthly fee.

Module 4

Listing creation and optimisation

A service that can be scoped per ASIN.

Module 6

Amazon Ads management

Advertising managed for profitability, not just for revenue.

Module 8

Inventory and logistics

Managing the money that is quietly lost in FBA and stock.

03

How it is charged

Fee by scope

A monthly fee that sets the number of ASINs, the countries and the support level in advance. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.

04

How we work

  1. 1

    Onboarding and scope

Access with minimum permissions, and a fee that sets ASINs, countries and support level.

  2. 2

    Day-to-day operations

Catalogue, prices, promotions, stock, Seller Support cases and campaigns.

  3. 3

    Monthly reporting

Spend, attributed sales, ACOS, TACOS and margin, with the priorities.

05

What we need from you

  • Access to Seller Central with the minimum permissions to run the account.
  • Access to the Amazon Ads console.
  • The advertising budget and the margin you expect per product.
  • Product costs and your suppliers’ restocking lead times, for the forecast.
  • Which catalogue and which countries are in scope.

Frequently asked questions

How many ASINs and countries does the fee cover?

The ones set in the contract. The fee limits in writing the number of active ASINs, the marketplaces and the support level, so the account is never open-ended. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.

Is advertising spend included?

The proposal says so in writing: advertising, like transport or fees, is listed as included, not included or passed on at cost. The fee covers managing the campaigns: structure, bids, budgets, negatives and reporting.

What happens if Amazon blocks a listing while you run the account?

Monitoring account issues and Seller Support cases is part of day-to-day management. If the block needs a case file and an appeal, that is the work of Critical Issues, quoted per case. Either way we do the diagnosis and the follow-up; the final decision is Amazon’s.
