FBA reimbursements: recover what Amazon owes you

We review what Amazon owes you —lost or damaged units, returns and miscalculated fees— and claim it for you.

01

Who it is for

  • FBA sellers with volume who have never reviewed their reimbursements.
  • Accounts with many warehouse shipments, returns or size and weight changes.
  • Brands with no time to open and follow up cases in Seller Central.

02

What it includes

It combines these modules from the catalogue:

Module 23

FBA reimbursements

Claiming what Amazon owes you for inventory and fees.

03

How it is charged

On success

We charge a percentage of what Amazon actually reimburses you: if nothing is recovered, you pay nothing. The percentage goes in the proposal.

04

How we work

  1. 1

    Detection

We cross-check Seller Central’s inventory, shipment, return and fee reports, with specialised tools and manual review.

  2. 2

    Claim

We open each case with its evidence and follow it until Amazon replies, within the deadlines Amazon sets.

  3. 3

    Report

Every month we tell you what was claimed, what was recovered and what was denied.

The full process, from the first call to the first report →

05

What we need from you

  • A Seller Central user with inventory and reports permissions.
  • Purchase or manufacturing invoices, to prove the value of the units.
  • A contact person for anything Amazon asks for during the cases.

Frequently asked questions

How much will I recover?

It depends on your volume and how long it has been since anyone reviewed it. We do not give figures before looking at the account: in the first review we tell you which cases there are and their estimated amount.

Are there deadlines to claim?

Yes. Amazon sets a deadline for each type of reimbursement, and what is not claimed in time is lost. That is why the review is monthly, not once a year.

Do you use automated tools?

Yes, to detect the cases. But a person reviews every claim before sending it: a badly framed case gets denied and is harder to reopen.
