Amazon product compliance: EPR, GPSR, labels

EPR, GPSR, labelling and documentation: your product compliant on Amazon and in the EU, so paperwork is not the reason for a block.

01

Who it is for

  • Sellers with blocked listings or Amazon alerts about EPR, GPSR or product documentation.
  • Brands about to sell in other EU countries that need the registrations for each one.
  • Regulated categories —supplements, cosmetics, toys, electronics— with demanding labelling and documentation.

02

What it includes

It combines these modules from the catalogue:

Module 22

03

How it is charged

Project + maintenance fee

A project to bring the catalogue into compliance and, after that, a fee to keep it up to date: new products, regulatory changes and periodic reports. Recycling scheme and official registration fees are passed on separately.

04

How we work

  1. 1

    Review

We review your catalogue, Amazon’s alerts and the countries where you sell, and tell you what each product is missing.

  2. 2

    Compliance

EPR registrations, a responsible person for the GPSR, documentation, labelling and instructions, uploaded to Seller Central.

  3. 3

    Maintenance

Periodic reports, new products and a heads-up when the rules change.

05

What we need from you

  • Access to Seller Central to see the alerts and upload the documentation.
  • Technical sheets, labels and the manufacturer’s details for each product.
  • The countries where you sell or want to sell.

Frequently asked questions

What is EPR and why does Amazon ask for it?

It is extended producer responsibility: whoever places packaging, electrical equipment or batteries on the market in certain countries has to register and report what they sell. Amazon has to ask for that registration in those countries and can block sales if it is missing.

What changes with the GPSR?

The General Product Safety Regulation requires, since December 2024, every product sold in the EU to have a responsible economic operator in the Union, identification and warnings in each country’s language. We review it product by product and leave it uploaded to your listings.

Do you guarantee Amazon will unblock the listing?

No: the final word is Amazon’s. What we do is leave the documentation complete and correct, which is what Amazon reviews, and follow the case until it replies.
